Your Board of Directors

Our board meets once a month and is comprised of many different people who all have a passion for cycling. We each bring something unique to the table. We aspire to make a difference in our community and to improve the cycling in Prince George.

Byron Conroy

Born in Nova Scotia, Byron made BC his home in 2007 and moved up to Prince George in 2016 to pursue the northern lifestyle with his wife, Alison. They can be found exploring the wilderness of BC when not working and love to share their passion for mountain biking with new and old friends alike.

It’s been a pleasure to act as the Club president for the 2021 season. During the past year I have worked to liase with our community partners including the Caledonia Nordic Club, Rec Sites and Trails BC, and the City of Prince George. I enjoyed the opportunity to support and help coordinate the different events our Board members put on throughout the season and manage the various administrative requirements of the Club. In my free time I enjoy riding the trails around Prince George in the summer and ski touring in the winter.

Kass Myers

Hello! My name is Kass Myers, and I’m a proud Prince George local. When I’m not out road riding or biking to work, you can find me on the trails with friends accompanied by my furry four-legged companion, Monty. I would list a few of my favorite trails, but I would probably run out of room! As you may have noticed, I’m pretty passionate about biking.

In an effort to give back to this amazing community, I am running for a board member position as Secretary. As a UNBC Alumni, and Chartered Professional Accountants Candidate, I bring a skillset that I believe will be valuable to the organization. Additionally, my strong work ethic and detail-oriented mindset will help to produce great results as our local trail networks continue to grow.
